Yes, you need to fill out an online application form on our recruiting website(http://careerhyundai.com). It is not available to apply via email, mail, visit in person, etc.
Yes, you can freely change your application which is being filled out. If you want to change your application after submitting, please go to 1:1 Q&A bulletin board.
If you can't search the exact name of your major or certificate, you can find the one which is the closest to your own and enter it. Or you can select 'Others' and enter on your own.
If your application is successfully received, you can see a message on the last screen showing "Your application has been successfully submitted.". You can also check your application status by logging into our website and going to "My application > Application status/result".
We grant extra points to those applicants, but it is not an absolute factor in determining whether we would hire them or not. We treat them equally after they join us as well. They also can apply for any job just like any other applicants.

Yes, you can transfer to another team via our Career Market. A hiring team posts a job opening on Career Market and employees interested in the team apply and transfer to the team based on interview results. An employee's transfer via Career Market is not shared with the employee's current boss until the transfer process completes.
